A/C Maintenance 

Clean Condenser and Evaporator Coils. Check for proper air flow and blockages. Replace foam filters. Evaluate shroud for damages. Check and repair any sealant damage.

Furnace Maintenance 

Inspect and clean propane burner assembly. Inspect and clean burn chamber. Inspect all propane connections and ensure all sealant and gaskets are in good condition. Test furnace to ensure proper operation. 

Refrigerator Maintenance 

Inspect and clean propane burner assembly. Inspect and clean all electrical connections. Inspect and clean burner tube assembly. Ensure proper air flow for optimal cooling. Test Refrigerator to ensure proper operation on gas and electric.

Water Heater Maintenance 

Inspect and clean propane burner assembly. Inspect and clean all electrical connections. Inspect and clean burner tube assembly. Drain and flush tank. Visually inspect anode. Test water heater on both gas and electric to ensure proper operation.

Summerization  

Flush antifreeze from your water system. Sanitize your water system to insure you have clean drinking water. Check for leaking water pipes. Check propane system for leaks.

Winterization 

Drain and bypass water heater system. Drain Freshwater system. Fill Freshwater system with RV antifreeze.
